Recently the eutrophication of the aquatic environment due to human activities has given rise to variety of problems of water pollution. Some kinds of water problems, such as mustry odor of drinking water, organic substances pollution in domestic area in Japan. This research was consisted of five subjects. (1)Distribution and fate of some kinds of complexans in river and lake water affecting domestic area : the changes of concentration of surfactants in river water was affected by the washing time in the 24 hours human activity cycle, and the concentration of surfactants was higher in winter seasons compared with that in summer seasons because of the bio-degradation by microorganism as well as NTA except for EDTA. (2)The effects of iron forms on the growth of four cyanobacteria were studied : Almost cyanobacteria was suppressed in the EDTA(complexing agent)-free CT medium because of no ability to utilize colloidal iron and iron oxides for its growth. (3)Microbial degradation of EDTA : The growth of organisms in the Fe^<3+>-EDTA medium were only slightly less than when cultured in the complete medium with Fe^<2+>-EDTA. Effect of another metals, Zn^<2+>, Mg^<2+>, Cu^<2+>, Ca^<2+>, Fe^<3+>, except for Fe^<2+> on the growth of psudomonus sp. was not recognized. It is suggested that efficiency of degradation increased with the repetitiveness of metal-complexan form for Fe^<2+>-EDTA <--> Fe^<3+>-EDTA, and also with glycine and IDA in the medium. (4)Effect of surfactants to the aquatic animals and plants. : the inhibition of metal toxicity and accumulation by the presence of surfactants was recognized for carp and water hyacinth. (5)Effect of complexans on the leaching metal from soil : the effect of EDTA for removing of heavy metals from metal-polluted soil was recognized. These results suggested that some kind of complexans are liable to cause water pollution problems in aqua-system.
近年来,由于人类活动引起的水环境富营养化引起了各种水污染问题。日本国内存在的饮用水恶臭、有机物污染等水问题。本研究由五个被试组成。(1)影响生活区的河湖水中几种络合剂的分布与归趋:河水中表面活性剂的浓度变化受24 h人类活动周期中洗涤时间的影响,冬季由于微生物和NTA的生物降解作用,除EDTA外,表面活性剂的浓度高于夏季。(2)研究了铁的形态对四种蓝藻生长的影响:在不含EDTA(络合剂)的CT培养基中,几乎所有蓝藻都因不能利用胶体铁和铁氧化物而生长受到抑制。(3)EDTA的微生物降解:在Fe^<3+>-EDTA培养基中的微生物生长仅略低于在含Fe^<2+>-EDTA的完全培养基中的微生物生长。除Fe^<2 +>外,Zn^<2 +>、Mg^<2 +>、Cu^<2 +>、Ca^<2+>、Fe^<3+>对假单胞菌的生长没有影响。实验结果表明,Fe^<2+>-EDTA、<-->Fe^<3+>-EDTA、甘氨酸和IDA的降解效率随金属络合物形式的重复性而提高。(4)表面活性剂对水生动植物的影响。表面活性剂的存在对鲤鱼和水葫芦的金属毒性和积累有抑制作用。(5)络合剂对土壤重金属淋溶的影响:EDTA对重金属污染土壤的去除效果得到了肯定。这些结果表明,某些络合剂在水系统中容易引起水污染问题。
