GENETIC BACKGROUND AND PREVENTION BY DUST MASK IN FARMER'S LUNG DISEASE(FLD)

为探讨农民肺病(FLD)的遗传背景和预防方法，对血清特异性免疫球蛋白G抗体阳性和阴性的奶农和FLD患者进行了主要组织相容性复合体(HLAA、B、C、DR、DQ)、防尘口罩和血清特异性IgA抗体的检测。结果如下：1)各组人群中各基因座无显著差异；2)新研制的吸气阻力低的小型防尘口罩对FLD的预防效果显著；3)特异性IgA抗体对检测抗原暴露具有较高的敏感性，可用于无症状患者与正常农民的鉴别诊断，提示用血清抗原特异性IgA抗体监测抗原暴露和应用防尘口罩对FLD的预防有一定意义。

To investigate the genetic background and the way of prevention for farmer's lung disease(FLD), major histocompatibility complex(HLA A,B,C, DR,DQ), effectiveness of dust mask and serum specific IgA antibody were examined in dairy farmers with positive and negative serum specific IgG antibody and in the patients with FLD. Obtained results were as follows;1) No significant difference in all loci of HLA in each group.2) Newly developed small dust-proof mask with low inspiratory resistance was effective for prevention of FLD.3) Specific IgA antibody was found to be sensitive enough to detect antigen exposure and to be useful in differenciating asymptomatic patients from normal farmers.These results suggest that the monitoring of antigen exposure with serum antigen-specific IgA antibody and the application of dust mask may be useful for the prevention of FLD.
