本研究は、わが国農業の中心的担い手となる大規模水田農業経営の経営管理手法の開発を目的としている。大規模水で農業経営の主な経営管理の分野として生産管理、労務管理、販売管理、財務管理、情報管理などの多様な領域があるが、これらの領域について各研究分担者で役割分担を行い、個別領域の管理手法を開発するとともに、その手法の体系化を図った。今年度は研究計画の最終年度にあたるため研究とりまとめのための活動を主点に据えた。具体的には(1)大規模水田農業経営の調査継続と調査事例のとりまとめ、総合理論化への論点開示を行った。本研究で明らかにした大規模水田農業経営の実態は、折から農林水産省が進めている21世紀へ向けた農業政策の基本方針である「新しい食料・農業・農村政策の方向」ともあいまって、多方面からきわめて高い注目を得た。(2)諸外国の大規模水田農業経営の比較研究を行った。とりわけ東アジアの韓国、台湾について大規模水田農業経営の実態と法律面からの検討をしたが、試験研究において外国出張が認められればさらに詳細な分析が行えた。(3)大規模水田農業経営の経営管理手法の作成について、既にその構想の一端をまとめて科学研究費出版刊行助成金の申請を行っている。大規模水田農業経営については農業経営の環境の厳しさとその経営体質強化の必要性から、農業関係、食料関係、さらに消費段階の幅広い方面から大きな注目を寄せられているが、本研究が先進的に果たしてきた大規模水田農業経営の研究成果は学術面にとどまらず、産業界からも高く評価されている。

This study aims at developing management methods for large-scale paddy field agriculture in China. The main management of large-scale agricultural management is divided into production management, business management, marketing management, financial management and information management, which are divided into various fields. This year's research plan is the final year of research. Specific aspects: (1) Investigation of large-scale paddy field agricultural management, investigation of cases, and discussion of theoretical issues. This study is aimed at the development of agricultural policies for the 21st century in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. (2)A comparative study on large-scale paddy field agricultural management in various foreign countries. In South Korea and Taiwan, the actual situation of large-scale paddy field agricultural management and legal aspects were discussed and analyzed in detail. (3)The establishment of management methods for large-scale paddy field agriculture, the establishment of one end of the concept, the application for scientific research funding, publication assistance, and the implementation of the project. The research results of large-scale paddy field agricultural management are advanced, and the research results of large-scale paddy field agricultural management are highly evaluated in academic and industrial fields.
