International Transfer of Technology & Role of Japan

对中国、泰国和印度的技术转移进行了3年的研究，特别是对日本合资企业的工厂进行了调查。我们也通过比较当地和工厂来追逐特点。遗憾的是，对较小的工厂和零部件制造商的研究还不够。虽然对技术转移有大致的定义，但我们与这些国家的工程师和研究人员进行了讨论，这是很有价值的。总的来说，在发展中国家的外资工厂很容易看到每一种工业的生产体系，这就是技术转移是先决条件的原因。我们将在不久的将来发表OUE研究报告。

This had been researched about technology trasfer in China, Thailand and India for 3 years and had been especially investigated factories of japanese joint venture.We also chased characteristic by comparing local with factories.To our regret, there were not enough research on smaller factories and parts makers.Although there was seneral difinition of technology transfer, it was valuable that we discussed with engineers and researchers of those countries.Generally speaking, per-industrial production system can easily be seen at gevernmental factories in developing countries, which is the reason that technology transfer is prerequisite.And we are going to publish oue research report in the near future.
