本年度は、1に示すアザジラクチンの右側部分、すなわち、テトラシクロ ジヒドロピラン骨格部分については、2のパン酵母還元で得られる3を光学活性な出発原料とすることにした。ラセミ体を用いて、4への変換ルートを確立した。また左側部分については、8と9から出発し、分子内Dicls-Alder反応を用い、モデル化合物12とした。4のモデル化合物である5から、7のジアニオンを得、12とカップリングさせ、13を得た。現在、13から14へのカチオン性環化反応を検討中である。
