本研究のテーマは、戦後わが国の消費者運動の変容過程を分析し、それをもとに日本の社会運動の内発的な理論化をめざすことにある。本研究では自助型運動との関連から、食品の安全性に関わる活動であり、かつ行政や企業との影響関係が比較的明瞭な事例として、(1)AF2反対運動,(2)ジュース裁判,(3)カビ防止剤OPP反対運動の3事例を取り上げ、これらの事例に関して次の点を分析した。(1)運動に関わった団体が利用した資源と戦略の分析、(2)行政や企業の対応の分析、(3)運動団体と行政・企業との交渉過程の分析、(4)運動のリーダーによる運動成果の認識分析、(5)運動団体の運動目標の変遷の分析。以上の分析に基づき、次の点を考察した。(1)告発型運動は行政や企業との間に合意形成制度を作り出せたのか。(2)運動の成果を運動リーダーたちはどう評価しているか。(3)運動目標が自助型に移行にあたって、告発型の有効性認識がどう作用したか。本年度の実績としては、第一の事例であるAF2反対運動については、所定の成果を挙げたと思う。その結論は、(1)告発型運動は行政との合意形成に失敗し、戦略として大衆運動を組織した。(2)AF2は結果的に禁止されたが、それは大衆的運動の総合的影響力の結果であって、行政との交渉ルートは最後まで開けなかった。以上の成果は東北社会学会で報告し、当短大の研究報告に投稿準備中である。ほかの2つの事例に関しては、秋田の地理的条件から資料収集に手間取り、残念ながら新聞と基本的文献の読み込みの段階までしか到着できなかった。

This study analyzes the process of consumer movement in Japan and theorizes the internal development of social movement in Japan. This study analyzes three cases of self-help movement, association, food safety related activities, administrative and corporate impact,(1) AF2 counter-movement,(2) judgment, and (3) prevention of Opp counter-movement. (1)(2) Analysis of the relationship between administration and enterprise;(3) Analysis of the relationship between administration and enterprise;(4) Analysis of the recognition of the sports results;(5) Analysis of the movement goals of sports organizations. The above analysis is based on the following points: (1)The report type movement is administrative and enterprise, and the agreement between them forms the system. (2)The results of the exercise are as follows: (3)The movement goal is self-help, the movement is self-help, and the movement is self-help. This year's performance is the first example of AF2's counter-movement. The conclusion is: (1) the failure of the public movement to form an administrative consensus; (2)AF2 is the result of the prohibition, the result of the influence of the mass movement, the administrative interaction, and the final opening. The above achievements are reported by the Northeast Society of Sociology, and the preparation of the short-term research report is in progress. 2 cases related to Akita geographical conditions, data collection, manual selection, residual thoughts, basic literature, paragraph level, etc.
