项目摘要
We aimed to develop new photofunctionalized materials which posess selfcleaning, sterlization and deodorizing functions under weak UV light existing in a living environment. We previously developed such materials by coating various type of building materials such as ceramic tile, soda lime glass, paper, etc, by photoactive TiO_2 film with a thickness of less than 1mum. Based on those experiences, we studied following five topics in the present study.1.Development of transparent TiO_2 film with higly photocatalytic activity.2.Development of coating paint containing photoactive TiO_2 powder but stable even under UV light.3.Development of cement material containing photoactive TiO_2 powder.4.Characterization of surface properties of TiO_2 photocatalyst and evaluation of photocatalytic activities of the above materials.5.Development of the methods to disperse photoactive TiO_2 powder in fluorein binder or inorganic binder.
本课题旨在开发在生活环境中弱紫外光照射下具有自清洁、杀菌和消毒功能的新型光功能化材料。我们之前通过在瓷砖、钠钙玻璃、纸张等各种建筑材料上涂覆厚度小于1 μ m的光活性TiO_2薄膜来开发此类材料。基于这些经验,本论文主要研究了以下五个方面的内容:1.具有高光催化活性的透明TiO_2薄膜的研制; 2.含有光活性TiO_2粉末的涂料的研制; 3.含有光活性TiO_2粉末的水泥材料的研制; 4. TiO_2表面性质的表征5.研究了光活性TiO_2粉体在芴类粘结剂和无机粘结剂中的分散方法。
