项目摘要

本研究は、医療専門職者(学生を含む)に対して模擬患者を利用した面接技法実習を行う場合に、模擬患者から実習者に対して行われる評価(感想も含む)が客観的に妥当なものであるかどうかを検討することを目的として行われた。その結果、以下の実績をあげることができた。1.現在までに養成されている10名の模擬患者を利用した面接技法講習会を10回開催した。2.1.で収集した記録(面接場面のビデオ・模擬患者からの評価・第三者からの評価など)を元にいて、模擬患者から実習者に対して行われる評価の妥当性を検討した。平成4年度と5年度の研究で蓄積された記録も合わせて利用した。検討に際しては、北米などでの研究報告も収集・整理して参考にした。3.2.の検討を元に、模擬患者からの評価方法を見直すための調査研究計画(面接場面のモデルとなるビデオを選定し、異なる立場の多数の評価者に観せて多様な項目について評価を求め、各者間の評価の相関を分析する)を作成した。4.3.で計画した内容に従って、約200名から面接場面のモデルビデオに対する評価を得た。5.4.で収集した評価の分析を元に、各評価項目の妥当性と、評価に適した評価者の選定について考察した。6.1.の講習会には、受講者の他に保健・医療・福祉関連の教育担当者を招き、面接技法教育の必要性や、教育資源としての模擬患者の有用性を啓蒙した。7.模擬患者を用いた教育に関するこれまでの活動を日本医学教育学会や雑誌で発表した。8.1.〜7.の活動と並行して、新たな模擬患者の養成とモデルケースの新規開発を進めた。

This study aims to explore the use of face-to-face techniques by simulated patients, including students, and to evaluate the effectiveness of these techniques by simulated patients. The results are as follows: 1. 10 simulated patients are now trained to use face-to-face techniques for 10 sessions. 2.1. To investigate the appropriateness of the evaluation of the collection record (the interview record, the simulated patient record, the third party record) for the original record, the simulated patient record, and the third party record. The research of Heisei 4th and 5th years is accumulated and utilized. The research report of the research institute was collected and collated for reference. 3.2. The evaluation method for the evaluation of the simulation patient is directly observed. The investigation and research plan is prepared (the evaluation method for the evaluation of multiple items is selected according to the different positions of the surface scene, and the correlation analysis between the evaluations is performed). 4.3. The content of the project was evaluated by about 200 people. 5.4. The analysis of the collection and evaluation, the appropriateness of each evaluation item, and the selection of the evaluation shall be investigated. 6.1. The seminar is aimed at enlightening the participants on the necessity of face-to-face technical education and the usefulness of educational resources for simulated patients. 7. The Japanese Society for Medical Education has launched a series of activities related to the use of simulated patients. 8.1.~ 7. Activities and parallel development, new simulation patient development and new regulation development.
