项目摘要

本研究では,多人数による協調開発におけるプロセスモデルの適用支援手法の確立を目的として,具体的には,1.協調開発プロセスモデルの構築(協調開発プロセスに対する複数視点によるモデル化)2.モデルに基づいたプロセスの評価方法の検討(協調開発プロセスの複雑さや,冗長性,適応性や改善の容易性などによって評価する方法の検討)3.協調開発の支援システムの試作4.実プロジェクトへの適用による検討(比較的小人数による試験的な適用実験)を行なうことを予定した.これに対応する本年度の実績は以下の通りである.1.従来,プロジェクト管理上の視点からのみ捉えられてきた情報を作業的・組織的視点から抽像化するために,構成要素間の対話関係を抜き出したモデルを提案した.また,このモデルに基づいてプロセス内部の対話関係を記述し,整理する枠組を設計した.2.提案したモデルに基づき,プロセスの構成要素を抽出し,要素間の対話情報を話題毎に分類することで,構成要素間の緊密さがグラフとして図式化できた.より定量的な指標は今後の課題とした.3.提案したモデルに基づき,抽出された「話題」単位で情報のやりとりを支援するシステムを試作した.本シカテムでは,電子メールや電子提示版など,従来用いられてきた汎用ツールとは異なり,即時的なメッセージと,ファイルのような蓄積型の情報とを,一つのシステム内での統一してやりとりすることが可能である.4.本試作においては,今年度中に,コミュニケーション・サーバの部分と,サーバに接続して通信するためのエージェントプログラムの通信機能との実装を完了した.しかし,ユーザを具体的に支援するために必要とされるユーザインタフェース部について未完成であるため,適用実験は来年度以降行なうこととした.
