本研究計画は,「法人資本主義」として特徴づけられている,大企業における会社の自立化を市場原理と共同体原理の相互浸透として把握することを意図して,次の3つの目標を立てた。(1)法人資本主義論の内在的批判,(2)「企業の経済学」にみられる,企業内関係,企業間関係の新古典派的解釈の検討,(3)会社の自立化を市場原理と共同体原理の相互浸食としての位置づけ。そのうち,当該年度内に実行できたのは,主に(1),(2)であった。(1)に関してはここ2,3年の筆者の研究をまとめる意図で「法人資本主義における形態と実体」を発表した(94年6月)。そこでは,従来の法人資本主義論は,会社間の株式持合という事実から,あるいは資本物化から直裁に会社ないし経営者が資本家になったと説くのみで,会社自立化の必然性を商品経済ないし資本の論理に即して明らかにしていないこと,資本家人格が商品経済による物化作用である以上,会社自立化ないし経営者支配という事態は商品経済形態による社会的生産の実体の媒介が十全に機能しなくなったということ,いわば「形態と実体のズレ」の現れであり,市場原理と共同体原理の相克としてという視角からはじめて解明できるということを明らかにした。上記論文を投稿したのは前年度末になるが,この論文をもとに馬渡尚憲東北大学教授が主催される研究合宿(94年8月22,23日)にて報告させていただき,種々の貴重な助言を受けた。また,(2)に関しては,「企業の経済学」関連の図書を購入し,そのテキスト・クリティークを続けてきた。この側面に関しては,上述の合宿で関心と大まかな見通し(組織における市場原理の貫徹と限界)を明らかにしたのみで,計画年度内にはその成果を発表できなかったが,来年度中にはまとめて早急に発表する予定である。また,その研究は次年度開講される本学での講義「経済と法」(テーマは会社主義)に早速取り入れるなど,教育活動にも反映されることになる。
