本研究は,標記の如き研究課題のもと次の3点の目標を立てた;a)「取引コストの経済学」に即して,企業内では雇用関係が,企業間では取引関係が長期化する経済的動因や機構を明らかにすること,b)G.M.Hodgsonら現代制度主義学派の研究をも見据えて,「取引コストの経済学」の意義と問題点を積極的に明らかにすること,c)最終的には,「会社主義」を市場原理と共同体原理の相互浸食として位置づけること。このうち,当該年度内に実行できたのは,主にa),しかも雇用関係であった。b)現代制度主義に関しては,Hodgsonらの文献収集に止まった。しかし,a)に関しては,いわゆる内部労働市場の発達に関してそうとう突っ込んだ検討を加えることができた。すなわち,1)内部労働市場論の検討を通して内部労働市場の特徴を確定し,2)ひるがえって純粋資本主義においては,内部労働市場の発達はみられないものの,外部労働市場がそれ自体で存立しているのではなく,その背後に広範な「市場外」の社会制度・機構(相対的過剰人口,労働過程管理等)の存在を前提にしていることを明らかにした。さらにこれを承けて,3)内部労働市場は,狭い意味での企業特殊熟練の習得を目的にするものではなく,現代資本主義のもとで市場外の諸制度の働きが抑えられ,外部労働市場のもつ「市場の規律性」が緩和されたことに対して,商品(労働力商品)の規格性・量的補充性を確保するために,企業内に造られた,もう一段の市場であること,したがって,内部労働市場の結果とされる「雇用の長期化」や「賃金の年功カーブ」も権限のヒエラルキーが深い職種(ホワイトカラー),キャリア形成をきめ細かくとっている社会(日本)ほど,著しくなることを明らかにした。以上の成果は,年度末には,当大学紀要に「法人資本主義と『労働市場の内部化』」と題して発表される予定である。

This study marks the beginning and end of the research topic, and sets up three objectives. a)"Introduction to economics," i.e., employment relationships within and between firms, and institutional motivation for long-term development; b)G.M.Hodgson,"Modern Institutionalism,""Introduction to economics," meaning of the problem, and positive motivation; c) Final motivation,"Communism" is the mutual immersion of market principle and community principle. When the year is over, the employer is in a relationship with you. b) Modern institutionalism is related to Hodgson's collection of literature. A) The development of the internal market is related to the development of the internal market. 1) The internal market theory is discussed and the characteristics of the internal market are determined; 2) The development of the internal market is opposite to the development of the internal market in pure capitalism; 3) The external market is independent of the existence of the internal market; 4) The social system and institution behind the external market are outside the market. The premise of existence (relative to the population, process management, etc.) 3) The internal market is narrow, which means that enterprises acquire special skills for their own purposes, and modern capitalism is narrow, which means that institutions outside the market are restricted, and the external market is moderate, which ensures the complementarity of specifications and quantities of commodities (labor commodities). The market for a period of time, the results of the internal market, the "long-term employment", the "annual work of the rent", the "deep job category", the formation of the "fine" society (Japan), the "bright". The above results are expected to be published at the end of the year under the title "Corporate Capitalism and the Internalization of the Market."
