项目摘要

1.高度経済成長期におけるフランス自動車産業の動向を規定した要因の分析。EEC成立後の高度経済成長期におけるフランス国内自動車産業の展開は、それ以前の産業構造に起因する諸問題解決をめざしているとの問題意識に立ち、60年代の産業発展プロセスがいかなる社会経済的背景のもと展開されたのかを問う作業の一環として、1950年代から60年代初頭における産業動向の分析を研究の柱とした。具体的には、戦後復興期から60年代初頭における仏国内自動車産業構造の分析と海外事業展開の実態分析の充実に取り組んだ。前者の課題については、すでにこの時期より小型乗用車生産中心の4大メーカーによる寡占支配体制が形成されつつあるが、経済成長に深い関わりを持つ産業用車両の製造において脆弱な体質が残存し、この弱点の克服が高度成長期の展開軸となったことを明らかにした。後者の課題については、前年度からの研究の延長上にあるが、国有ルノ-公団の海外事業展開を中心に同産業部門内私企業プジョーならびに欧州企業VW社との比較をつうじて企業戦略上での海外事業の位置づけの相違やその帰趨について検討を加えた。ルノ-の戦術はプジョーの比べれば先駆的であるがVWには劣ることが析出され、一時的に北米大陸に進出するものの短命に終わった点が明らかになった。こうした拙速な事業展開は、フランス産業構造上の脆弱な体質に規定されていると考えられる。以上の諸点については近く研究論文として公表する予定である。2.仏・欧州経済、自動車産業に関する欧米の文献資料の収集ならびんデータベース化の充実。とりわけ国際化時代のフランスの旧植民地圏との関係について体系的な研究調査を行った『フラン圏通過委員会年次報告書』を入手できたことで、世界経済とフランス資本主義との関わりについて研究の拡大深化の手がかりを得られた。
