项目摘要

当該年度は、裁量労働制を経営学的に研究するための基礎づくりとして、文献研究と実証研究を行い、その実態把握及び労働の人間化研究の中での裁量労働制の位置づけの明確化に努めた。文献研究では、国内外の労働の人間化関連の文献のサーベイ及び裁量労働制導入企業の事例に関する文献、雑誌、新聞記事等を精力的に収集、分析した。実証研究では裁量労働制を導入している企業6社に対するインタビュー調査及びアンケート調査を承諾して下さった企業への質問票調査を行い、裁量労働制の実態について定性的データ、定量的データの蓄積を行った。その結果、裁量労働制は仕事を離れた生活の確立を容易にする可能性が高いこと、成果と評価が結びつきモチベーションが高まること等、労働の人間化の視点からもホワイトカラーの新しい働き方として有効であることが確認された。しかし、実際にその制度のもとで働く労働者の勤務状況は、裁量労働制導入以前と比べてそれほど変化していないこともインタビュー調査等から確認された。しかし、それは裁量労働制の制度そのものに起因するのか、導入後それほど時間が経過していないためなのかは今後の更なる検討を要するものである。なお、阪神大震災の影響で質問票締切を3月末日に設定せざるを得なかったため、現時点では論文の形にまとめられた成果はまだない。質問票が返送され次第、可及的速やかに論文の形にまとめ公表する予定である。
