本研究では、福岡市のシ-サイドももち地区、西福岡マリナタウン地区、和白地区を対象として、塩害対策の前提条件となる大気中塩分濃度(塩素イオン濃度)と気象要素(風向・風速・気温・湿度))及び空間要素(高度・海岸線からの距離)の関係を実測により検討した。また、居住者に塩害についてアンケートを実施した。実測期間は1994年10月31日〜12月12日の約2カ月間で7日おきに6期間に分けて行った。海から飛来する海水ミストを海塩粒子として捕集するため、JIS Z 2381(屋外暴露試験方法法則)に準拠したガ-ゼ法を用い、捕集した海塩粒子(NaCl)を水で抽出し、塩素イオンを比色定量し、吸光光度計を用いて濃度を測定した。地上からの距離が高いほど、海岸線に近いほど、建物等の遮蔽がないほど、さらに風速が強いほど海塩粒子濃度は高くなる傾向があることが明らかになった。また、居住者に塩害の実際の被害状況と対策等に関してアンケートを実施した。居住4〜5年程度で塩害の被害が現れること、壁やサッシ類への被害が大きいこと、塩害に対する予防法や対処法を住民があまり理解していないことなどが明らかになった。

In this study, the relationship between atmospheric concentration, meteorological factors (wind direction, wind speed, atmospheric temperature, humidity) and spatial factors (altitude, distance from coastline) was investigated. The inhabitants of the city were killed. The measurement period was from October 31 to December 12, 1994, approximately 2 months ago, and lasted for 6 days. Sea water particles are collected by JIS Z 2381 (Rules for outdoor exposure test), and the concentration of seawater particles is determined by colorimetry. The distance between the ground and the sea is high, the shoreline is close to the sea, the buildings are obscured, the wind speed is strong, the concentration of particles in the sea is high, and the wind speed is strong. The actual situation of victims and the policy of the residents are related to the implementation of the law. 4~5 years of residence, the victims of the disease appear, the wall, the victim of the disease, the prevention of the disease, the treatment of the disease, the understanding of the residents.
