Simulation Analysis of Japanese Agriculture Using Mixed Integer Dynamic Programming Model

我们打算在市场经济的框架下，针对“日本农业的方向和调整方向“这一问题，提出应对放松管制政策的激烈而动态的对策，即：日本农业目前正面临着以美国为首的外国对大米贸易（进口）自由化的迫切而强烈的要求，迄今为止，一直是完美的自我如何使日本农业应对大米进口自由化的问题，是能否使日本农业适应大米进口自由化的问题。在这种情况下，无论是农场还是。本研究以香川县齐田町浅田地区为例，对小村庄动态发展的农业管理方案进行了模拟。应用该模型，得到了农业经营的最优发展方案，并对区域土地结构改革方案和土地集团化利用方案的有效性进行了研究。第二部分提出了基于混合动态线性规划的农业经营方案的仿真模型。在第三节中，详细说明了Asoda情况下的仿真模型，并对仿真结果进行了估计。通过模拟结果，指出了市场机制下农业经营的发展方向。

We intend to derive drastic and dynamic prescriptions for the problem of "To what direction we should orient and adjust the Japanese agriculture, " which is considered in a framework of the market economy, coping with the Deregulation policy, i.e., the curre nt trend of thought in the economic policy.The Japanese agriculture now is confronted with the edge of a cliff by the urgent and strong demand from foreign countries, above all, U.S.A.of the trade (import) liberalization of rice, which so far, has been the perfectly self-supporting staple food.The problem of how to make Japanese agriculture coping with the import liberalization of rice is the problem whether to be able to farm under such circumstances or not. This research was done simulation of agricultural management program to dynamic development for small rural village, in case of Asoda area, Saita-town, Kagawa-prefecture. By using the simulation model, the optimal development program of agricultural management was obtained and the effectiveness of 1) the drastical structural reform plan of a rable lan dand 2) the group utilization scheme of all the land in aregion are investigated.In section 2, the simulation model for agricultural management program based on Mixed Integer Dynamic Linear Programming was presented. In section 3, the simulation model in case of Asoda was specified, and the results of simulation are estimated. From the results of simulation, a way that agricultural management under the market mechanism should be was shown.
