Both investigation and practical study were carried out, aimed at formation of support program for men in transitional stage of life.1. We investigated relationshiop between social support and ego identity status in late adolescence. Questionaire was administered to 207 students. Results of the analysis suggested that receiving psychological support promoted ego identity establishment in late adolescence.2. Intented to promote reconfirmation of ego identity, we practiced psychological support program for middle aged women. 29 women between 26 and 61 years old were participated in the program. The program was composed of periodical groupwork aimed at making support group. After the program, many participants expressed effects of the support group. Result of our attemp suggested that providing support group promoted reconfirmation of ego identity in middle aged women, because it gaved them a moment of psychological moratrium.

本研究以调查与实务研究相结合的方式，针对转型期男性的支援计划进行研究。本研究探讨了青少年后期社会支持与自我同一性的关系。207名学生参加了培训。研究结果表明，心理支持促进了大学生自我同一性的建立.为促进自我认同的再确认，我们实施了中年妇女心理支持计划。29名26至61岁的妇女参加了该方案。该计划由旨在建立支持小组的定期小组工作组成。节目结束后，许多参与者表示支持小组的效果。本研究结果显示，提供支持团体能促进中年女性自我认同的再确认，因为它能给予中年女性一段时间的心理创伤。
