项目摘要

本年度は、3年計画の最終年度にあたり、これまでの研究を深化させるとともに、研究の総括に向ける活動を行った。前年度までと同様に、過去のボランティア論についての研究・文献ならびに調査報告書を広く収集し、検討を行った。また、これまでと同様、各地で開催されるボランティアの集会にも参加して施設職員とボランティアの側からの意見を収集したり、施設を訪問し、ボランティア導入の実態についてヒアリングをするなど、資料収集を行った。全国の社会教育施設がボランティアの導入状況についての質問紙調査を企画し、別途資金を調達して実査を行ったが、企画段階における質問項目の設定に関して諸資料を収集しかなり深く研究を進めることができた。また、社会教育施設がボランティアの自己形成に関するヒアリング調査の企画を行い、調査票を作成したが、この段階においても、これまでにないものを作り出してきたと考えている。このように、本研究は最終年度を迎えたが、さらに引き続いて研究の成果を発展させる段階に来たと考えられる。
