New type of engine room for 499 ton type ship has been researched here. In order to install several large modules of equipment in engine room, a large open hatch is necessary on upper deck. The cabin of this new type of ship has been separated cabin from ship, because we need open space over the engine room when several large equipments, such as engine, are installed into engine room. However, it is required to check the stiffness of ship, especially engine room, since there is a large hole on upper deck. Hence, in this research work, we make numerical investigation for structure behavior with respected to vibration. Two kinds of engine rooms are designed here, one has second deck and the other dose not. The conclusion is listed below.Enginer room with second deckNumerical investigation has been done with the number of pillar changed as 0,4,6,8,9. The best number of pillars is from 6 to 9 in order to avoid resonance with engine.Engine room without second deckNumerical investigation has been done with the number of pillar ichanged as 0,4,6,7. The best number of pillars is 7 in order to avoid resonance with engine. It is also cleared that other pillars is better to be attached on side shell for having more stiffened structure.
本文对499吨级船舶新型机舱进行了研究。为了在机舱内安装几个大型设备模块,需要在上甲板上设置一个大开口。这种新型船舶的机舱与船舶分离,是因为在机舱内安装发动机等大型设备时,需要机舱上方有空地。但是,由于上甲板有一个大洞,需要检查船舶的刚度,特别是机舱。因此,在本研究工作中,我们对结构的振动行为进行了数值研究。在此设计了两种机舱,一种有二层甲板,另一种没有二层甲板。本文的主要结论如下:1.机舱室加第二层甲板对立柱数目分别为0,4,6,8,9的情况进行了数值模拟。为了避免与发动机发生共振,最佳立柱数为6 ~ 9根。为了避免与发动机产生共振,最佳支柱数量为7。同时也明确了其它支柱最好附加在侧壳上,以增加结构的刚度。
