Family Life Cycle of Farm Households and Agricultural Oraganizations

今天，大型农场的农业组织在日本农业中发挥着重要作用。在本研究中，我试图展示两个成功扩大农场规模的农业组织的历史和条件。它们已经存在了大约30年。现在，他们都负责维护自己地区的农业，特别是水稻种植。然而，他们同样面临着代际更替的问题。这两个组织都做出了各自的努力，争取更年轻的成员，但在一定程度上都是徒劳的。似乎重要的是，这两个组织都能考虑到每个成员的许多条件，例如家庭生命周期。

Today, agricultural organizations with large farm size have been playing an important role in Japanese agriculture. In this research, I attempted to show the history and conditions of two agricultural organizations which have succeeded to enlarge their farm size. They have existed for about 30years. Now, they are both responsible for the maintenance of the agriculture, especially rice growing, in their own regions. However, they equally have problems concerning the alternation of generations. Both organization have made their own efforts to get younger members, in part, in vain. It seems to be important that both organizations can take many conditions of each member into consideration, such as family life-cycle.
