Study on the Novel Radical Reagents Using the Specificity of Hypervalent Iodine Compounds

自由基反应是有机合成最有用的方法之一。因此，人们开展了与高价碘化合物的新型自由基反应的研究。在这里，根据我们的研究，已经确定了与高价碘化合物形成碳中心自由基、氧中心自由基和氮中心自由基。特别是，磺酰胺与高价碘化合物形成以氮为中心的自由基对于制备1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉衍生物和糖精衍生物非常有用。然后，将该方法应用于生物活性化合物关键骨架的制备。这些结果发表在五种国际期刊上，其他三篇论文正在印刷中。

Radical reactions are one of the most useful methods for organic synthesis. Therefore, the study on the novel radical reactions with hypervalent iodine compounds has been carried out. Here, based on our study, the formation of carbon-centered radicals, oxygen-centered radicals, and nitrogen-centered radicals with hypervalent iodine compounds has been established. Especially, the formation of nitrogen-centered radicals from sulfonamides with hypervalent iodine compounds is very useful for the preparation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline derivatives and saccharin derivatives. Then, the present method was applied for the preparation of the key skeletons of biologically active compounds. These results were published in five international Journals and other three papers are in press.
