英文摘要
The purposes of this study were to clarify the changes of quality in walking motion, and to analyze relationships between postural sway and body balance with longitudinal development in childhood. Finally, the subjects were forty-one children (twenty-three boys and eighteen girls) with all measurement items needed to analyze longitudinal development. The results were as follows ; The changes of these measurement values were produced the remarkably developments with age in items of postural sway (distance of center of gravity etc.) and items of body balance (standing balance with closed eyes, walking on balance beam), i.e. the subjects were held the stable standing position from second to third grade. In third grade boys, measurement values of arch formed group were remarkably developed than measurement values of arch non-formed group. The patterns of postural sway were classified "all over" type or "seesaw" type without regard to age or sex. But there was tended to changed from these types to "central" type with regard to age. The walking motion of development were classified with walking speed, the walking speed was faster between first grade and second grade. The motions of points on body (knee angle, stride etc) were differed with regard of age, particularly between seoond grade and third grade.
