英文摘要
The two different pancreatic islets present in the bovine pancreas. The one is small islets consisting 4 endocrine cells. The other is large islets consisting insulin positive cells. The large islets increase in the cross area from fetus to parturition, decrease after birth and disappear after 6 month.The GRF localizes in pancreatic polypeptide cells. The GH material localizes in glucagon cells and large isles cells. IGF-I and IGF-II localize in glucagon cells.These results suggest that GRF and GH are brain-gut peptides, that GRF -GH system of hypothalamic pituitary system exists in bovine pancreas, and that the GH of large islets stimulates the rapid growth from fetus to infant in bovine.We design 42 primers for bovine pancreatic GRF and GH base on amino acid and base sequences of human, bovine, rat and chicken GRF and GH.Most of primer reaction designed was negative in bovine pancreas by RT-PCR method, but single positive reaction of GRF was recognized to a position of 500 bp by primer of human, bovine and rat mixed. The similar primer (type of human, rat and chicken mixed) designed for duck pancreatic GRF is also positive reaction in duck pancreas. And we recognized the single band of GH-cDNA in duck pancreas by primer of human, rat and chicken mixed.These results suggest that the base sequences of the pancreatic GH-cDNA and of GRF -cDNA are similar to them of rat
