WORK AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSON WITH LOW FUNCTIONING AUTISM IN COMMUNITY WORK SHOP.

(1)我们从社会发展和残疾的角度回顾了自闭症的最新研究和报道。我们重新评估并讨论了Kanner关于自闭症的观点。本文提出了自闭症青少年和成人社会发展研究的几个视角。在这些理论讨论的基础上，我们研究了以下几个问题。(2)采用镜像测验和其他测验的方法对自闭症青少年和成人的自我识别和他者识别能力进行了检测。讨论了这些结果与社区工作中心工作能力的关系。(3)探讨了重度残疾自闭症患者在社区工作中心工作的理论意义问题。然后，我们研究了社区工作中心重度残疾自闭症患者的发育和残疾特征。(4)对社区工作中心工作人员和自闭症患者家长进行问卷调查。从保障社区工作人员的发展和改善社区工作人员条件的要求出发，明确了社区工作中心的条件和存在的问题，并对社区工作中心人员的生活质量进行了探讨。(5)最后，探讨了社区工作中心对重度残疾自闭症患者适用的实用支持体系。

(1)We reviewed the latest studies and reports on autism from the point of social development and disability. We revalued and discussed the Kanner's idea of autism. We proposed several perspectives to study the autistic adolescent and adult people's social development. On the base these theoretical discussions, we studied following subjects.(2)We examined the autistic adolescent and adult people's self-recognition and other-recognition ability by the method of mirror image and other tests. We discussed relation of these results and abilities of working in community work centers.(3)We discussed theoretical problems of significance of severe handicapped autistic people's working in community work centers. And then we studied characteristics of development and disability of severe handicapped autistic people in community work centers.(4)We made questionnaires to the staffs in community work centers and parents of autistic people. We cleared the conditions and problems in community work centers from the point of assuring the development of these people and requiring of staffs for improvements of condition in community work centers, and discussed their quality of life.(5)Finally we discussed suitable and practical support systems for severe handicapped autistic people in community work centers.
