(1) The international standard like EMAS and ISO14001 is very important for environmental reporting. However, the interpretation of the standard is very wide, which makes difference of the degree of disclosure.(2) The standard itself is the process of revision, which includes many conflicts and compromises.(3) The contents and the degree of the disclosure as well as its verification is very important.(4) The information disclosure on environment has much relation ship with "Eco-business".

(1)国际标准如EMAS和ISO14001对环境报告非常重要。然而，该准则的解释范围很广，导致披露程度的差异。(2)标准本身就是一个修订的过程，其中包含了许多冲突和妥协。(3)信息披露的内容、程度以及信息披露的真实性至关重要。(4)环境信息披露与“生态企业”有着密切的关系。
