本研究分析了以下几个问题：1。中小食品加工业现有结构对地方经济的支撑作用。传统加工食品制造业发展条件的实证研究--以长崎南高市岛原手工细面(Somen)生产为例日本九州南部鹿儿岛传统制造业发展条件的实证研究进口泡菜增加下泡菜市场走势及日本泡菜产业结构生产者直销对区域农业振兴的意义--以长崎县农产品直销为例这些研究表明，中小型食品加工业加强了一些亚洲国家当地农业的发展。
