In 1999, the utility of ADR for various fields of Cyberspace and its limitation were studied, through the questionnaire on Internet users and sample investigation. Example: the mediation service by Online Ombuds Office and Domain name dispute resolution by ICANN.In 2000, case research was continued on the ICANN's UDRP which has huge examples.
