DEVELOPMENT OF QUESTIONAIRE ON DYSPHAGIA SCREENING TEST FOR COMMUNITY-RESIDING ELDERLY

对日本秋田县社区老年人吞咽困难筛查试验问卷进行了效度和信度研究。除了吞咽困难问卷外，还使用了确定日常生活生物社会节律和日常生活工具活动的问卷。在2111名老年人中，有1390名老年人给出了完整的答案。α的信度系数为0.8473。Fujishima原始问卷的15个项目中，有14个项目被认为对社区筛查有用。因子分析显示，项目由5个因子组成，因子贡献率为59%。65岁及以上社区老年人的吞咽困难患病率为18.8%。这个新的问卷似乎对社区居住的老年人的吞咽困难的筛查和预防是有用的。通过问卷调查，对食品和健康生活进行全面的健康教育，对小社区的健康交流是有效的。包括社区居民小组讨论在内的参与性健康促进方案有助于增强社区老年人的权能。

The validity and reliability of the newly developed questionnaire on dysphagia screening test was studied for community-residing elderly in Akita prefecture, Japan. In addition to the dysphagia questionnaire, the questionnaire to determine the biosocial rhythms of daily living and the instrumental activity of daily living were also used. Among 2111 elderly, complete answers were obtained from 1390 elderly persons. The reliabily coefficient of alpha was 0.8473. Among 15 items of Fujishima's original questionnaire, 14 items were considered to be useful for community screening. The factor analysis revealed that the items were composed of five factors whose factor contribution was 59%. The prevalence of dysphagia in community-residing elderly persons aged 65 years and over was 18.8%.This new questionnaire seemed to be useful for screening and prevention of dysphagia in community-residing elderly persons. With this questionnaire, comprehensive health education program on food and healthy life was effective for health communication in a small community. The participatory health promotion program including group discussion by community residents was useful for the empowerment of the community elderly persons.
