In my research, starting from my philosophical analysis of Fichte's theory of interpersonality, I made it clear what the status the theory of mutual recognition has in modern philosophy and what kind of philosophical problems is involved, some of which are:1. In his philosophical work Grundlage des Naturrechts, Fichte established his theory of interpersonality, but this means that the problem of mutual recognition is fundamentally related to that of law, institution and state. From this point of analysis, the prototype of the theory of mutual recognition orientates itself to the political philosophy of Spinoza, especially his arguments in his last unfinished work Tractatus Politicus.2. In modern cognitive psychology, the theory of recognition is crucially discussed in the form of a debate between the theory theory and the simulation theory. In this case, the latter theory supports itself with Kant's theory of Ubertragung, but this interpretation is just a radical mistake.3. In the case of the environmental ethics in Germany, the problem of recognition is also argued as that of the aesthetical recognition of nature, which is philosophically worth discussing from now forward in Japan.4. I will argue, however, that the core problem of the possibility of recognition is in fact based on that of conscience and thus it is very important to analyze the practical philosophy of Kant from this point of view.

在我的研究中，我从对费希特人格间理论的哲学分析出发，明确了互认理论在现代哲学中的地位和涉及到的哲学问题，其中包括：1。费希特在他的哲学著作《自然论》中建立了他的人格间理论，但这意味着相互承认的问题与法律、制度和国家的问题有着根本的联系。从这个角度分析，互认理论的原型定位于斯宾诺莎的政治哲学，特别是他在最后未完成的《政治论》中的论点。在现代认知心理学中，认知理论以理论理论与模拟理论之争的形式被广泛讨论。在这种情况下，后一种理论以康德的“优性”理论来支持自己，但这种解释只是一个根本性的错误。以德国的环境伦理学为例，承认问题也被认为是对自然的美学承认问题，这在日本是一个值得探讨的哲学问题。然而，我认为，认识可能性的核心问题实际上是建立在良心问题的基础上的，因此，从这个角度来分析康德的实践哲学是非常重要的。
