项目摘要

(1)オレゴン州の高校と大学間の連携・接続については、報告書『大学教育における大学・地域連携の意義に関する実証研究』(北海道大学高等教育機能開発総合センター・生涯学習計画研究部)の中でまとめ、公表した。(2)研究活動の一部を、日本高等教育学会第4回大会の自由研究発表において発表した。テーマは「高等教育機関と地域社会のパートナーシップの現段階-アメリカ・オレゴン州における事例研究」で、発表者は小出と町井である。(3)ポートランド州立大学の共同研究者を招いて、北海道大学125周年記念シンポジウム・「大学院教育改革の動向と新しいモデルに関するジョイント・シンポジウム」を開催し(小出が全体企画者)、その中でオレゴン州のPASS制度(高校・大学連携接続制度)をとりあげ、B・エヴァーハートと山岸が報告した。(4)日本の高・大接続については、農業高校(岩見沢・帯広・美幌)と農業短期大学(深川)、農業大学校(足寄)などの高等教育機関との関係を北海道をフィールドとして調査した。報告書参照。(5)韓国の工業高校と専門大学との接続については、専門大学特別選抜制度および"2+2"教育課程連携制度を対象にして2度実地調査に入った。後日報告書にまとめる。(6)なお山岸みどりは、研究分担者ではなかったが、平成12年より北大高等教育機能開発総合センターの入学者選抜企画研究部の主任教授で着任し、北大AO入試の企画・実施に責任をもち、かつ高校・大学の連携・接続を研究テーマとしており、2001年3月の我々のオレゴン調査には同行し、実質的に当研究の分担者でもあることから、以後研究分担者に加えることにした。

(5)South Korea's industrial colleges and universities have been investigated for the second time in response to the "2+2" education curriculum linkage system and the special election system of the university. The next day's report was published.
