Study on the co-generation system with thermal storage

如何利用余热是提高热电联产系统效率的关键。在传统的热电联产系统中，热电联产系统的容量(发电机组容量)是有限的，它的运行受到控制，以最小化未利用的余热，在本研究中，我们考虑了具有储热功能的热电联产系统，以弥补电力需求和热量需求之间的缺口。并利用为本研究开发的系统仿真验证了该系统的有效性。设想将该系统应用于医院、酒店、办公室的供能系统。评价的性能指标为一次能源消耗、环境负荷和热电联产余热利用率。

The keypoint of improving the efficiency of co-generation system is how waste heat can be utilized. In conventional system, capacity of co-generation sysytem (capacity of generator) is limited and it's operation is controlled to minimize unutilized waste heat.In this study, we consider the co-generation system with thermal storage for making up the gap between electric demand and heat demand. And by this system unused waste heat is minimized.So effectiveness of this system is examined by using system simulationm which was developed for this study. It was assumed that this system is adopted to the energy supply systems of hospital, hotel and office. Performance index for evaluating are promary energy consumption, environmental load and utilization rate of waste heat from co-generation.
