Lavoratory Researches; Two researchs were completed as pre-clinical and fundamental preparation.(1) The objectives of this research was to determine tissue heterogeneity specifically with regard to differences in the regional distribution of pCOL-II-C and typeII collagen as a makers of cartilaginous matrix properties in the TMJ Disc (Kondoh T, et al. 2003 Arch Oral Biol 48, 621-625).
