The effective data number was 148.<internal consistency> Cronbach' s α of each item was0.88〜0.91, and whole was 0.91, the high reliability was shown. <construct validity> As a result of the factor analysis, only 1 factor was extracted. 【convergence validity】 It was requested to measure by using both DRS-N and NEECHAM for the nurse at the same time. The patient made to the person with whom met the requirement of a-g. The effective data number was 41.As the result, Pearson' s γ of sum total score of DRS-N and sum total score of NEECHAM was -0.861(p<0.001), and the high and negative correlation was shown.
