Training of Pre-service Teacher's Skills for Observing and Analyzing Music, Science, and Home Maing Lessons toward the Cultivation of the Plactical Knowledge

宫崎大学的科学、家政和音乐三门课程从1999年开始与附属学校合作，为提高教师培训课程以培养实用知识进行研究。在本研究中，我们试图充分利用课堂观察表的基本假设，即通过提高副教师的课堂观察和分析技能，我们可以有效地培养副教师的教学技能。职前教师在教学实践中，以表格形式对其他实习教师的课堂教学进行了反馈。这些纸是下课后收的。然后所有的表都被复制并在他们的同事之间交换，包括他们的导师。本研究的直接目的是通过课堂观察表的描述，使任课教师意识到自己在课堂上的思维过程，并激活任课教师的课堂观察会，从多个角度对课堂进行回顾。职前教师对班级的信念朝着好的方向变化.职前教师要能够以符合学科性质的方式观察和讨论课堂。让教师在纸上描述一个替代方案或一个解释，可以提高副教师的实践知识。

Three courses of Miyazaki University, Science, Homemaking and Music are making research in cooperation with affiliated schools toward improvement of curriculum for teacher training to cultivate a practical knowledge since 1999. In this research we are trying to make the most use of Class Observation Sheet based on the basic assumption that we will be able to cultivate preservice teachers' skills for teaching effectively by promotion of preservice teachers' skills for observing and analyzing a class. Preservice teachers made reports of their notice and opinion about other student teacher's class according to the form of the sheet during their teaching practice. The sheets were collected after the class. Then all sheets were copied and exchanged each other among their colleague including their instructor. It was the immediate aim of that to make preservice teachers conscious about their process of thinking under a class by description and to activate their meeting for reviewing about the class from multiple viewpoints.The following results were obtained from using the Class Observation Sheet during teaching practice :1. Preservice teachers' belief about the class changes in the good direction.2. Preservice teachers got to be able to observe and discuss about class in the way that conforms to the character of the subject.3. It enhanced preservice teacher's practical knowledge to make them describe an alternative plan or an explanation on the sheet.
