The pupose of this study was to examine how to establish the sytem of supporting children with specail needs such as non-attenndence through team efforts of school staff, family member's, and community. Eight case steadies were conducted and also questionnaires were answered by 99 supporting team members including cordinaters, school couselors, and supporting staff in community agentsMain results include are as follow:a, To start a student supporting teams ii is necessary for the cordinater to make a decision regarding the necessity of team support to the case and to call team members. b, One of the keys for keeping student support team activities is that the strident support team puroduces action plans for members to do. c, School counselor's act as consultant to cordination teams and student supporting teams

本研究旨在探讨如何透过学校教职员、家庭成员及社区的共同努力，建立对有特殊需要的儿童的支援系统。我们对8个个案进行了调查，并对99名支援小组成员（包括协调员、学校辅导员和社区代理的支援人员）进行了问卷调查。主要结果包括：a，要启动一个学生支援小组ii，协调人员必须就小组支援个案的必要性作出决定，并打电话给小组成员。b、保持学生支持团队活动的关键之一是，强有力的支持团队为成员制定行动计划。c、学校辅导员作为协调小组和学生支持小组的顾问
