In order to clarify how graduates from university for teacher training may form their early careers, university graduates may show a variety of careers and organize their time perspectives, thirty samples were administered by a questionnaire and by an interview in 8 years from graduation. Findings showed that, first, graduates created their life projects by examining the fitness of their career to realize their goals that were set in the graduation. Second, they changed their goals from the individualistic one to the collaborative one. Third, they needed re-training and more autonomy in job place, security for employment, support for their marriage. For the further remarks, continuing the following study can lead to examine how they relate their career with family formation and how they make their life stories.

为了澄清大学培训的毕业生如何构成他们的早期职业，大学毕业生可能会显示各种职业并组织时间的观点，问卷调查了三十个样本，并在毕业后的8年内进行了采访。调查结果表明，首先，毕业生通过检查职业生涯的适应性来实现自己的目标来创建他们的人生项目。其次，他们将自己的目标从个人主义的目标转变为协作。第三，他们需要在工作场所进行重新培训，并需要更多的自治权，就业安全，对婚姻的支持。在进一步的评论中，继续以下研究可能会导致研究他们如何将自己的职业与家庭形成以及如何使生活故事联系起来。
