In 2001, I had conducted interview research on advanced Hospital Volunteers and Hospital Volunteer Groups in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka. I also had several interviews with leaders of "Nonprofit Organization Japan Hospital Volunteer Association" in Osaka. We had discussed what and how to investigate present situation and problems regarding Hospital Volunteers and Hospital Volunteer Groups. Therefore we had developed questionnaires the survey on Hospital Volunteers and Hospital Volunteer Groups in Japan.In 2002, We had conducted nationwide survey twice on Hospital Volunteers and Hospital Volunteer Groups in Japan. First, we delivered questionnaires to 162 groups and got 152. Second, we delivered questionnaires to 162 groups and got 139. We added up these data and analyzed. Thus far, we found that what are the present situation and problems on Hospital Volunteers and Hospital Volunteer Groups.

2001年，我对东京、大坂、福冈的先进医院志愿者和医院志愿者团体进行了采访研究。我还采访了大坂的“非营利组织日本医院志愿者协会”的领导人。探讨了医院志愿者和医院志愿者团体的现状和问题。为此，我们制定了日本医院志愿者和医院志愿者团体调查问卷，并于2002年对日本的医院志愿者和医院志愿者团体进行了两次全国性的调查。首先，我们向162个团体发放问卷，得到152份。第二，对162个群体发放问卷，共回收问卷139份。我们把这些数据加起来分析。目前，医院志愿者和医院志愿者团体的现状及存在的问题。
