There are four main research results concerning our project :1.It has provided a new concept and approach for community care study in Japan.2.Through our case study on small-scale care program, a new type of Japan specific style of community care has been defined3.Through our case study performed in 3 local authorities, significance of area planning for promoting community care has been reconfirmed.4.We have confirmed the fact that community-based dementia care is gaining popularity in Sweden as well as U.K.
