The aim of this research is the analysis of lyric texts and songtexts of social critical songs in the websites. They were analysed about the concept, the design, the function, information programm etc. This research clarifies the possibility and the problems of the Internet as a language work transferring medium. About the lyricism poetry site, multimedia type sites, such as reading of poetry with introduction of the poetry by language, an interpretation and introduction of a poet with a picture, and a sound, increased in number. Moreover, e -Learnig sites of the lyricism poetry by the public organization or the university are also gradually increased in number. This kind of site is equipped with the search engine by the Web database and also with a mutual link to a poetic text page and a poet's description page. However,some questions remain about whether the website is suitable as a medium for reading poetry. Socalled "art experience by language" becomes superficial in this e-Learnig … More site of lyric. It is also mentioned as a fault that there is too much amount of information and the degree of concentration of reading experience falls. Furthermore, it is physically the burden of an eye to read a poem in the website. When Japanese people visit the German lyricism poetry website,technical and linguistic difficulty are yet large now, so that it is also required to build the own lyricism poetry site equipped with work translation in Japan. About a critical singer-songwriter's website, there are now not so many sites in this kind. It is because the site construction of the multimedia type with the still picture, the sound, the animation, etc., requires special knowledge. The problem of copyright is also large as compared with construction of a lyricism poetry site. Since not only words but the music is of high value about a social critical popular music work, the words introduction accompanied by music is important. Although the website as an information transferring medium of lyricism poetry is suitable for reference of many poems in a database, it can point out that it is not suitable to appreciation. The website as an information transffering medium of social critical popular music is effective when music and an animation follow.
