The Comparative Legal Study on the Condominium Law

本研究旨在比较一些国家(德国、法国、美国、英国等)的共管公寓(公寓所有权)法律。明确日本法律从这些法律制度中学到了什么。可以比较的是共管的设立、共管的客体(单位和共同财产)、管理制度(规章制度、计划、经理、会议等)。和公寓的重建。在这些研究的基础上，笔者对日本的建筑物区分体法提出了自己的一些看法。

This research aims to compare condominium (apartment ownership) laws in some countries (Germany, France, USA, U.K. etc.) and to make clear what japanese law learn from these legal system. What to compare are the creation of condominium, the object of condominium (unit and common property), the management system (by-law and rules of scheme, manager, meeting etc.) and the reconstruction of condominium. After these research, I suggest some ideas to japanese condominium law.
