In recent years, the mechanical systems increasingly become smaller, higher performance with high speed, and then the improvement of machine elements, especially tribo-elements is very important engineering problem to be solved.In this research, the improvement of performance characteristics of tribo-elements by the optimum design was carried out. As examples of tribo-elements, the air film thrust bearings and web-roller system for web transportation were selected. The theoretical model for the analysis of performance characteristics are formulated and the applicability to the analysis is confirmed with experimental verifications.Finally, the application of theoretical model to the optimum design was successfully completed.The conclusions are as follows;(1) Formulation of air film lubrication equation combining boundary fitted coordinates and DF method is completed.(2) The predicted results by the new model agrees well with experimental results.(3) Formulation of friction model between paper and steel roller is completed based on contact model and foil bearing model.(4) The predicted results of friction coefficient by the new model agree well with experimental data.(5) Formulation of optimum design procedure is completed.Modeling
近年来,随着机械系统向小型化、高性能化、高速度化方向发展,机械元件尤其是摩擦元件的性能改进成为亟待解决的重要工程问题,本研究通过优化设计来改善摩擦元件的性能特性。作为摩擦元件的例子,空气薄膜推力轴承和卷筒纸输送辊系统被选中。建立了用于性能特性分析的理论模型,并通过实验验证了理论模型的适用性,最后成功地将理论模型应用于优化设计中,主要结论如下:(1)建立了边界拟合坐标与DF法相结合的气膜润滑方程。(2)新模型的预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。(3)基于接触模型和箔片轴承模型,建立了纸与钢辊间的摩擦模型。(4)新模型对摩擦系数的预测结果与实验数据吻合较好。(5)最佳设计程序的制定已经完成。建模
