平成13年(2001年)にベトナムの一行政村(ハイズオン省タインミエン県ゴークエン社)の全戸を対象に実施した農家世帯アンケートの整理・分析を引き続き行う一方(アンケート票の国外持ち出しが認められないため,入力作業はベトナム側に依頼した),日本で分析を行ってまとめた。またその結果に基づいて2002年11月から12月にかけて調査地で農家経済と農民の経済活動に関する補充調査を行った。その結果,以下のようにドイモイ後の農家世帯の具体的な社会経済状況の一面が明らかになった。つまり,(1)1993年にその時点で誕生している人すべてに等しく土地分配が行われたが,その後8年間で農地の移動(通常は売買ではなく3〜5年の貸借関係)が増加しており,これは親戚間で行われることが多いが,行政村を超えて行われることもある,(2)死亡・誕生による農地の再配分が実施されないため,農家間の不平等が拡大している,(3)移動の自由が認められたこともあって,副業や出稼ぎが増加し,農家の重要な現金収入源となっている,(4)世帯間の経済格差が拡大している,(5)テレビなどの消費財が普及している,(6)医療費,教育費,服飾費,食費・日用雑貨費(主に調味料や洗剤を購入)など現金支出が増加し,特に教育費の負担が大きい,(7)税金(農業税,宅地税)や合作社(日本の農協に相当する)や村への負担金が多いこと,などである。農民の社会経済生活をみると,ドイモイ=市場経済化がもたらした経済的なインパクトが顕著であるものの,そうした経済活動への参入に社会的なネットワークが関係していることが明らかになり,世帯間や村ごとの違いも顕著であった。これらの一部については,人文地理学会アジア地域研究部会(6月)および日本地理学会秋季大会(9月)において発表,南方文化29号(11月)に投稿し,現在人文地理学会に投稿準備中である。

The farmer's social life is very important, and the market economy is very important, and the participation of farmers in social life is very important. The first part of the paper was submitted at the Regional Research Conference of the Society of Human Geography (June) and the Autumn Conference of the Geographical Society of Japan (September). The paper was submitted on the 29th of Nanfang Culture (November).
