本年度は、申請者がこれまで進めてきた1地域での産業連関分析内生化モデルを地域間モデルに拡張するため、家計行動を内生的に扱った産業連関分析の拡張モデルや社会勘定体系(SAM体系)による産業構造分析への応用モデル、さらに家計の所得増加による追加的な財・サービス別消費需要を議論した消費行動システムに関する既存研究のレビューを集中的に行った。こうした文献・資料調査、さらに本研究課題が目指す地域間産業連関分析拡張レオンチェフモデルの構築・展開のため、カーディフ大学(英国、ウェールズ)のビジネススクール(物流運営管理グループ)で約一月のフィールドワークを行った。また地域間SAM体系による日本を対象とした実証分析で用いるデータベースの整備・構築のため、申請者が過去に行った日本全体のSAM体系によるデータベースを基に、統計資料及びデータ等の収集を行った。地域間SAM体系によるデータベースの作成にあたっては、得られたデータにおける不整合、あるいは地域ベースでは入手不可能なデータなど、その作成において多くの問題が生じる。そのため、データベースの整備・構築と平行して、産業連関分析でしばしば用いられるノンサーベイ手法に関する既存研究のレビューや申請者が所属する研究グループで別途進めていた地域産業連関表の作成方法に関する議論を進めた。本来であれば来年度(平成15年度)も研究期間であるが、学位取得及び専任ポストへの就職のため、申請者は本年度末での辞退となる。今後も本年度の研究成果を基にし、本研究課題を継続していきたいと考える。本年度、申請者らが進めるCGEモデルにより、日本経済における情報化の影響に関する実証分析を行ったが、こうした長期的一般均衡による実証分析と本研究課題が分析対象とする短期的な効果との比較議論、また本モデルを複数タイプの家計部門に応用することで、所得階層別あるいは就業形態別に政策議論を行っていきたい。
