1) Schizophrenic patients with akathisia demonstrated high frequency of PLM index and arousal index, and low attitude of inter-movement interval, SWS, and ST, comparing with the controls.2) Schizophrenic patients afrer akathisia treatment showed low frequency of PLM index and arousal index, and high attitude of TST, SWS and Inter-movement interval.3) Patients with idiopathic RLS showed low brain iron concentration.4) The blunted serum to CSF ferritin relationship seen in the RLS group suggests a dysfunction of iron transport from serum to CNS.

1)与对照组相比，伴有静坐不能的精神分裂症患者的PLM指数和觉醒指数频率较高，而运动间间期、SWS和ST的态度较低。2）静坐不能治疗后的精神分裂症患者的PLM指数和觉醒指数频率较低，而TST的态度较高。SWS和运动间期。3）特发性RLS患者显示脑铁浓度低。4）在RLS组中观察到的血清与CSF铁蛋白的关系钝化表明铁从血清转运到CNS的功能障碍。
