The purposes of this research are as follows :1.That sociality and humanity of the children are fostered.2.That the base of the community life in democracy society is cultivated.3.That plans and develops the curriculum which made "the tradition life culture" to be the teaching material.The results of this research are as follows :1.The plan of "the tradition life culture" learning of Arakawa watershed.2.The content and signification of political and social learning in the German elementary schools.3.The constitutive principle of political education on curriculum in the German elementary schools.

本研究的目的是：1.培养儿童的社会性和人性; 2.培养民主社会中的社区生活基础; 3.规划和开发以“传统生活文化”为教材的课程。本研究的结果如下：1.荒川流域的“传统生活文化”学习规划; 2.德国小学政治和社会学习的内容和意义; 3.德国小学课程中政治教育的构成原则。
