1、通过对斯坦纳学校校友的访谈，考察了当代青年的精神问题。2、斯坦纳学校校友反映，他们在学龄期不仅受到特殊学校的影响，还受到将孩子送到特殊学校的父母的影响。父母的灵性对他们的人格形成非常重要。因此，本研究必须探讨灵性的理论问题。3、日本传统艺道思想对于史坦纳教育的分析必须是有效的。特别是，Zeami（1363-1443）的练习和实践理论对理解斯泰纳教育非常有效。5、通过对斯泰纳学校校友的访谈，成功地完成了斯泰纳教育的教育哲学考察。

1,Problems of Spirituality of the modern youth was investigated through the interview for Steiner-school Alumni.2,The alumni of the Steiner-school reported that they are influenced in their school age, not only by the special school but by their parents who send their children to such a special school. The spirituality of their parents are very important for their personality formation. Because of this reason the theoretical problems of spirituality have to be investigated in this research.3,For the analysis of the Steiner-education the thought of traditional Japanese "Gei-do" theory must be effective. The theory of "Gei-do" was investigated in this research.4,Specially, the exercise and practice theory of Zeami(1363-1443) must be very effective to understand Steiner-education.5,The Educational-Philosophical Investigation of the Steiner-education through the interview for Steiner-school Alumni was successfully accomplished.
