Historical study on the mutuality between the Soviet Union and the Russian emigres in the Far East in the inter-war period.

本文旨在考察1917年十月革命后移居国外的俄国知识分子在政治态度上的转变，并分析了流亡知识分子对苏联政府的承认所产生的影响和历史意义。本文的主要研究对象是生活在哈尔滨并在两次世界大战期间与苏联政府合作的流亡知识分子群体中国。在考察这一群体时，主要分析了1920年流亡哈尔滨的法学教授乌斯特拉洛夫的政治思想，因为他是这一群体的领军人物。乌斯特拉洛夫试图通过对布尔什维克现实的评价和肯定，将布尔什维克的国家建设与俄罗斯传统的建国思维方式相结合。他把这种观点称为“民族布尔什维克主义”，并积极加以发展。苏联当局也继续密切关注此事。1920年，乌斯特拉洛夫还在哈尔滨创办了法学院，在那里他教授俄罗斯法律和政治。该学院最显著的特点是与亲苏教师和流亡教师合作培养年轻的俄罗斯移民，从而保持了他们之间的相互智力交流。

This study aimed to examine the conversion in political attitude of the Russian intellectuals who had emigrated after the October Revolution in 1917, and analyzed the influence and the historical significance of the recognition of the Soviet government by the emigres intellectuals. The main object of this study is the emigres intellectual group who lived in Harbin, China, and collaborated with the Soviet government in the inter-war period. In considering this group, the political thoughts of N.V. Ustrialov, a Law professor who exiled in 1920 and lived in Harbin, are mainly analyzed, because he was the leading figure of this group.N. V. Ustrialov tried to synthesize the state building by the Bolsheviks and the Russian traditional way of thinking about the statehood through the evaluation and the affirmation of the Bolshevik reality. He called this standpoint "the national-bolshevism" and developed it actively. The authorities in the Soviet Union also continued to watch it carefully. Ustrialov also founded the Law Faculty in Harbin in 1920 and there he taught the Russian Law and Politics. The most notable feature of this Faculty was that there was the collaboration with the pro-soviet and the emigres teachers in educating young Russian emigrants and thus the mutual intellectual transaction between them was maintained.
