The conditions of nation-state and its historical functions and limits

And after his speech, it is a crucial question that attended us : how does one think the difference ?What one must recall precisely is that difference doesn't exist uniquely in order to affirm that something is identical with itself and by doing so, to produce other as enemy. There are too many examples of that vicious circle, that pitfall of identity and difference.
