项目摘要

1.都市型集合住宅の調査研究[実態調査および分析](1)駿河台の集合住宅ilusaを中心とした千代田区における都心居住の実態調査調査対象の集合住宅ilusaは住居・オフィス・店舗が混在する都市型住宅であり、実態調査から千代田区における都心居住の可能性を見いだすことが出来た。また今後の都心における集合住宅計画にあたっては、住居としても事務所としても利用可能である可変生を持つ空間構成と間取りの自由度が必要であると考えられる。(2)首都圏で暮らす単身居住者と住居に関する調査研究近年30代で一度も結婚したことのない男女が増加している。首都圏で暮らす単身居住者の割合は急増しその年齢も高くなっているなか、彼らが住宅に求める機能や性能はこれまでとは異なることが指摘される。本研究では首都圏で暮らす特に30代を中心とした仕事を持つ単身居住者にスポットを当てて調査研究をまとめた。(3)都市単身居住者における行動場面と住居に関する調査研究単身居住者の日常生活(行動)とその状況(場面)を辿り、それらが行われる場所(住居など)との関係を考察する中で、住居に求められる最低限の機能と役割を整理した。2.ヨーロッパにおける都市小規模住宅に関する調査および資料収集[資料収集および文献調査](1)ル・コルヴィジェの建築における「開講比率」から見た推移と特性(2)Parisにおける居住者の環境行動から見た都市居住の実態調査(3)ル・コルヴィジェの住宅を中心に主にフランスに現存する小規模住宅の見学及び資料収集3.調査および研究成果による住宅計画の提案[空間提案](1)月島の路地と暮らす個人を単位とした集住形態の提案(2)子育てを支援する都市型居住スタイルの提案(3)日本橋オフィスビルのワークスペース付住宅(SOHO)へのコンバージョンの提案
