项目摘要

15年度の研究は、主として文献資料の収集と村落社会の調査を行い、著書及び論文の原稿作成を行った。資料収集は、労働社会学、村落社会学、環境社会学などの文献収集を行い、理論化に向けての資料整備を進めた。長野県諏訪郡富士見町瀬沢新田区においては、1993年より行ってきた聞き取り調査及び参与観察をさらに進めた。これをもとに、著書『村落社会と出稼ぎ労働の社会学』の原稿をまとめ、御茶の水書房と出版に当たっての調整を行い、日本学術振興会へ出版助成金の申請を提出した。また、滋賀県守山市木浜区及び湖南域においては、農業労働と漁労の関連性、質的差異などについて聞き取り調査を行った。木浜区では、特に戦後急速に進行した漁撈の産業化が、環境の悪化や外来魚の繁殖、後継者不足など行き詰まりを見せるなか、新たに漁撈活動をするために漁協に参入するケース、具体的には定年後に漁業に戻ったり、環境運動から漁業に関心を持ち加入する事例など、地域沿岸を管理する漁協が新たな機能をもちはじめた実態について主として聞き取り調査をもとに明らかにした。現在、かつての村落の領域における漁撈のあり方の現状と今後について、コモンズ論を視野に入れながら論文を作成中で、年内に書籍(共著)にて公表する予定である。滋賀県湖南域の他集落では、におけるいわゆる「農業者」と「漁業者」の労働が村落領域のなかでどのように組み合わされ、あるいは領域を分け合いながら行われていたかについての調査を実施し、論文化を進めている。
