This research was carried out putting importance to organize the materials in order to make the data list and micro film data for publishing.In 2003, the materials/documents related to the business of the head office of Yokahama Specie Bank, i.e. (1)executive board, president seats, branch manager conferences, (2)reports on financial accounts, (3)government office relation, (4)bank original reports inside were organized. In 2004, the documents from the Western Branch such as London branch office and New York branch office etc., and documents related to the maintenance of the gold standard were done. After that the loan data and documents that carried out through YSB and those of Asian Brach offices, such as Shanghai and Dairen branch, were selected to organize from 2005 to 2006.By these operations, about 70% end approximately were organized and the materials related to exchange operation(about 550 copies) and records editing the history of YSB(about 1000 copies) etc. are left to investigate.I made a series of the bibliographical introduction No.1-4 for publishing and several reports on the issue associated with the activities of YSB and others banks business.
